Starting in January 2025, all credit card transactions will include a 3% surcharge fee. To avoid this fee and receive a 3% discount on services, please use a debit card during checkout.

Policies
Please understand, these policies are put in place due to our limited availability, as well as the time each service takes on our stylists’ schedules.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within the 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the clients credit card on file.
Punctuality Policy
Things happen, we get it.
If you are 10+ minutes late, the stylist retains the right to modify or potentially reschedule the service.
*Modified services will still be charged the ORIGINAL service booked price. If the service has to be rescheduled, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. These policies are in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled appointments.
*Please allow time for yourself for traffic and parking, especially at peak times.
We have a complimentary parking garage on the side of of our building.
No Show Policy
If you no show to your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
PAYMENT POLICY
Please be advised, we only take credit & debit cards as form of payment. We do not accept cash or checks. If you would like to leave gratuity in cash, you’re more than welcome, however, we do not have change to break down bills. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your mane! Although we do not offer refunds on services, we will strive to correct anything you’re not lovin’ up to 14 days of completed service. Please note, this does not include a “change of mind” on a consulted look.
We do not offer refunds on retail, gift cards or boutique items.
CHILDREN IN SALON POLICY
If you are bringing your kiddo to your appointment, we kindly ask, if they have a device they are using, to please have headphones. We want to ensure a relaxing salon experience for our other attending guests. We also ask that their shoes remain on their feet, as this is a potential health risk and liability.
If your child has a haircut scheduled, a parent or guardian must be present during the length of the service. They must not be dropped off and left unattended. We cannot be held responsible for your child as this is a liability. If your child is old enough to drive themselves to their appointment, that is the exception.
